About

I built this for my own
business first.

W3M Consulting grew out of a real problem in a real business — not a product built to find a market afterward.

WH

I'm Wayne Henderson. I'm the GM and operator of Euro-Can Marble & Granite Ltd., a stone fabrication and installation company in Metro Vancouver, and the founder of W3M Consulting, based in Pitt Meadows, BC.

I didn't set out to build software. I set out to stop running Euro-Can on memory — tired of not being able to answer a simple question like "what's our active pipeline worth" without going digging through old files and asking around.

So I built the system myself, inside the Microsoft 365 the business already had: an estimating workbook, a one-click automation that turns it into a branded quote, a central tracker that logs every job automatically, and a live dashboard that tells me where the business actually stands.

It worked. Quotes that used to take hours to assemble now take minutes. The pipeline is visible, the follow-ups don't fall through the cracks, and for the first time I could hand a buyer or an incoming GM a dashboard instead of a guess.

That's the system W3M Consulting now builds for other trades and construction founders — the same components, fitted to your business, inside the Microsoft 365 you already pay for.

Why W3M

The name is the family that's behind it.

W3M stands for the people the business is actually for — my own.

The approach

No new software. No generic tech consultants.

01

Built inside what you already own

Every system runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant — Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI. No new platform, no new monthly bill for tools you don't need.

02

Built by someone who's run the business

This isn't theory. Every component was built, tested, and lived with inside a real trades business before it became something offered to anyone else.

03

Built for the people who'll actually use it

Plain-language naming, no jargon, no assumption that your team wants to learn a new piece of software. If your team can use Excel and Word, your team can use this.
