Before the call

Do I need to be on Microsoft 365 already? +

Yes — the W3M system is built entirely inside Microsoft 365. You need Microsoft 365 Business (Basic, Standard, or Premium) and at least one Power Automate Premium licence per user who will run the quoting flow. If you're not sure what you have, we'll figure that out on the discovery call.

How long does the build take? +

Typically 4–6 weeks from completed intake questionnaire to live system. More complex quote structures or historical data migration may take slightly longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline in the fixed-scope proposal.

What happens if something breaks after you're done? +

Every system comes with a full maintenance guide — written so that any staff member can diagnose and fix common issues without needing to call us. We also provide 30 days of post-launch support. For ongoing peace of mind, the optional retainer covers quarterly health checks, annual maintenance, and priority response.

What if my quoting structure is different from what you've built before? +

That's exactly what the intake questionnaire is for. The system is parameterized — meaning the core components are adapted to your specific quote types, job structure, and data. We don't force your business into a template. The template adapts to your business.

Can my team maintain this without technical help? +

Yes — that's a design requirement, not an aspiration. Every system is handed over with a complete maintenance guide written in plain language, SOPs, a rebuild checklist, and a training session. The guide even includes example prompts for getting AI assistance with common fixes. Your team can run it.

Do you work with businesses outside BC? +

Yes. The entire build is done remotely inside your Microsoft 365 tenant — there's no need for on-site work. We work with trades businesses across Canada.
